These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the diana4 platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing diana4, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and diana4 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 2.2.2 It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. diana4 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted.
2.3.1 Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account. Registering duplicate Accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, bank account, or phone number — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
21+ Strictly Enforced: Creating an Account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use your Account, constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement. All such Accounts will be permanently closed and funds forfeited upon discovery.
3.1.1 To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid mobile phone number, and a personal email address.
3.1.2 You must not use fictitious names, false addresses, or another person's identity when registering. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
3.2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). diana4 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
3.2.2 Any activity occurring under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. Notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.2.3 diana4 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account and using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other service.
3.3.1 You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered bank account subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.
4.1.1 diana4 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests. This is an industry-standard procedure aimed at preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.
4.1.2 Required documents include: (a) a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP/e-KTP) or passport; (b) proof of current residential address such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months; and (c) a clear selfie photograph holding your identity document.
4.2.1 KYC review is conducted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard processing time is 1 to 24 hours from document submission. During high-volume periods, processing may extend to 48 hours. You will receive email confirmation upon successful verification.
4.3.1 Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a first withdrawal request will have withdrawal processing suspended until verification is completed. Repeated failure to provide documentation may result in Account review and potential closure.
5.1.1 diana4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
5.1.2 All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. Currency conversion is not offered on the Platform.
5.2.1 The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions. There is no maximum deposit ceiling for fully verified Accounts.
5.2.2 Deposits are credited to your Account as soon as payment confirmation is received from your bank or e-wallet provider, typically within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00–16:00 WIB, Monday through Friday).
5.3.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum single-transaction withdrawal is Rp 50,000,000. The maximum daily withdrawal aggregate is Rp 200,000,000. Higher limits may be available for VIP-tier Members upon written request.
5.3.2 Withdrawals submitted during banking hours (08:00–16:00 WIB, Monday–Friday) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next business day.
5.3.3 E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with average completion times of 2 to 15 minutes.
5.3.4 Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. diana4 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal that cannot be matched to a KYC-verified identity.
5.4.1 By making a deposit, you confirm that all funds deposited are legitimately owned by you, are free from any criminal origin, and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
6.1.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotional page and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
6.1.2 Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as Real Money Balance.
6.2.1 The standard wagering requirement is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion. Reload bonuses carry a 25x requirement; referral bonuses carry a 10x requirement; VIP birthday bonuses carry a 15x requirement.
6.2.2 Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements are as follows: Slot games — 100%; Live casino games — 20%; Table games (RNG) — 10%; Sports betting — varies by odds (bets with odds below 1.50 / even money contribute 0%).
6.2.3 While wagering bonus funds, the maximum single bet or stake is Rp 50,000. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a Bonus Balance is active may be voided at diana4's discretion.
6.3.1 Bonus funds that have not been fully wagered within the specified validity window (as stated in the relevant promotion — typically 7 to 30 days) will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without compensation.
6.4.1 diana4 monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk arbitrage betting with bonus funds, coordinated bonus harvesting across multiple Accounts, and deliberate exploitation of promotional mechanics. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Balance permanently revoked and may be suspended.
7.1.1 diana4 offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting markets on football leagues including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, international tournaments, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures. Market availability is subject to change without notice.
7.1.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. diana4 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error or that deviate materially from true market odds due to a technical fault.
7.1.3 Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a payout. If one leg is voided (e.g., match abandoned), that selection is removed and the bet recalculated on the remaining legs.
7.2.1 All casino games, including live dealer tables and slot titles from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. diana4 does not override game-level rules.
7.2.2 All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) table games are tested by independent third-party laboratories for fairness and randomness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each title are published within the game information panel.
7.3.1 Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from official market operators. diana4 acts as a betting intermediary and does not control or influence draw outcomes. All results are final upon official announcement.
7.3.2 Togel bets placed after the official market close time for a given draw will be automatically voided and the stake refunded to the Real Money Balance.
7.4.1 In the event of a technical malfunction, server outage, or connectivity failure that interrupts a game round or live bet in progress, diana4 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the relevant Wager will be voided and the stake returned.

11.3 diana4 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, force majeure events, and third-party infrastructure failures are outside diana4's reasonable control.
11.4 diana4 is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from your winnings in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on gambling winnings.
12.1 The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by diana4's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.
12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, and customer support purposes.
13.1 diana4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

14.1 This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which diana4 operates.
14.2 In the event of any dispute between you and diana4 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed independent arbitration body before initiating any court proceedings.
14.3 diana4's internal complaints procedure is initiated by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours (WIB) and aim to provide a full written response within 5 business days.
